Cancelling before dispatch

Cancellation is free right up to the moment the courier collects, though the 3:00 PM IST cut-off is a hard edge.

Write to [email protected] or call +91 7021888820. Give the order number and say you want it cancelled, and you get written confirmation.

After dispatch

Once the courier has collected we cannot recall a parcel . Either refuse it at the door or take delivery and start a return, which stays open 10 days.

Refund timing on a cancellation

Cancel a prepaid order in time and the reversal runs 5 to 7 working days . That matches the Reserve Bank of India’s reversal window.

Cash on Delivery orders take no money up front; cancelling one leaves nothing outstanding, and no fee is deducted for cancelling.
