Parcels are packed in Thane and go out by courier — what it costs, how long it takes, and what to do when something is wrong.

Delivery charges

orders of ₹999 and above ship free anywhere in India — orders under that amount pay one flat ₹49.

No fee is added for Cash on Delivery.

How long it takes

we need 1–2 business days to check and pack ; the courier then takes 3–9 business days depending on the pin code.

Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day join that day’s dispatch run.

Couriers give us these windows; they are not guarantees — festival weeks, weather and local restrictions can add a day or two, and we tell you when we know a parcel is running late.

Coverage

Our couriers cover India only . International orders and reshipping services are not something we take on.

A handful of remote pin codes fall outside our couriers’ network — if yours is one, we contact you and refund in full rather than leave the order sitting.

Following your order

Once the parcel is collected we email you a tracking link . Early silence on the tracking page is normal. Reach us at [email protected], or on +91 7021888820 during customer service hours.

Damage and failed deliveries

We ask every customer to record the unboxing. Where an item is damaged, incorrect or short, send that video within 48 hours of delivery and we put it right at our expense.

When the courier gives up after its attempts, the parcel is returned to us . Give us a good address and we go again, with the flat fee applied once more.
