What payment methods do you take?

UPI at checkout, or Cash on Delivery. Cards and wallets are not available here.

Do you have a shop I can visit?

Krevor Forum trades online only; the address we list is administrative.

Whose products are these?

Our catalogue is bought in and sold under the Krevor Forum name — no manufacturer authorises or endorses us.

What if an item is faulty?

Report it within 48 hours with the unboxing video and we put it right at our expense.

Can I return something?

Within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and complete with packaging and invoice.

When will it arrive?

1–2 business days here, 3–9 more with the courier. The daily cut-off is 3:00 PM IST.

Do you do exchanges?

We do not offer a direct exchange. Return for a refund and order the one you want.

Will this hub work with my laptop?

Check the ports and the compatibility note on the listing against your own machine. We list what the supplier states and cannot test every device combination.

Can you give a tax invoice?

We are below the GST registration threshold, so there is no GST on your order and no GST invoice. You get an ordinary sale invoice.

How long do refunds take?

Once we have it back and have checked it, 7 business days. Cancellations before dispatch take 5 to 7 working days.

What does shipping cost?

Orders from ₹999 upward ship free. Smaller ones carry a flat ₹49.

Do you deliver everywhere in India?

India only, and nearly all of it. Where a pin code is unreachable we refund in full.
