This notice sets out what Krevor Forum collects when you shop here — why we hold it, how long, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Data we hold
- Log data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address and device type
- Whatever the courier needs: a name, an address, an email and a phone number
- What you have bought from us, so we can answer questions about it later
Card and banking details are not part of this at all, because UPI authenticates in your own app and cash never touches our systems.
Why we use it
To pack and deliver your order, answer your messages, handle returns and refunds, and keep the records Indian tax and consumer law requires . We neither profile you for advertising nor sell your details.
Who else sees it
Only those who need it to complete your order: the courier carrying the parcel, and the hosting and email providers that run this site . Each acts on our instructions only. We disclose to a public authority only where the law requires it.
We do not collect anything about the devices you connect to a hub or stand — that is between the hardware and you.
How long data stays
Sales paperwork is held for the length of time tax and consumer law prescribes . Closed enquiries are removed, and no data is hoarded.
Cookies on this site
Two kinds of cookie run here — functional ones for the basket, and basic page analytics . Browser-level blocking is possible; the basket then fails.
Your rights
You have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000): access to your personal data, correction of it, and erasure where we are not required to retain it Send the request to our Grievance Officer at the address below; we respond within a reasonable period.

Access and encryption
The site runs over HTTPS and access to order records is limited to the people who fulfil orders . Should a breach ever touch your data, you and the authority both hear from us.
